The Phoenix response plan is simple, fast and effective and consists of 3 main modules:

Procedures Module

The Phoenix procedures module covers the rationale for emergency plannning and your company's response. You select or modify the sections you need based upon your analysis of the risks your company faces.

Teams Module

Here you select the teams that will take part in the business continuity/disaster recovery process. For each team, you determine what that team will do before, during and after a disaster.

Databases Module

In this module you compile the essential lists of information you need for your plan and assign personnel to teams through a set of pre-defined tables. The tables mean the user is not required to know anything about database structures or design to use this product. The user needs only to select the table to be updated and enter data.

Completion

Once you have completed working through the three main modules, a few simple clicks will generate your complete Business Continuity Plan/Disaster Recovery Plan in just a few minutes.
