- Day 2 - Complete training. Work through Phoenix to project the plan of attack and lay out the steps required for an interim plan
full planning process.

- Recovery plan content determined;
- Recovery teams determined;
- Vital recovery information identification and plan;
- Your first draft recovery plan;
- Staff trained; and
- A project plan on how to proceed to the conclusion of your planning project.
